Energetic Musclar Therapy® is a term I use to describe a combination of various massage modalities. These modalities are understood somewhat by some of the following coined terms: Trigger point, acupressure, vibration, range of motion (ROM), craniosacral-type work, Reiki-type holding patterns, Jin Shin Do-type holding patterns, structural integration and/or myofascial release. The combinations used are highly individualized depending on what is needed. In reality, when working with tension, trauma, or pain, I intuitively use whatever means are necessary to achieve optimal results. These sessions are deeply relaxing and especially releasing of muscular holding patterns and injuries. These sessions are done while the client is fully clothed. Please come wearing stretchable, breathable clothing (cotton is best) such as worn for jogging or yoga. Core structural posture is noticeably improved.
